TAX RETURN 2010
Last June 30th, 2011, was the deadline to submit the Tax Return for the fiscal year of 2010. The number of foreigners’ non residents in Spain submitting the tax return has increased greatly, and the result in many of these cases has been an important saving in the amounts to be paid to the Tax Authorities. This way, the residents have paid their taxes in Spain for all of the income received worldwide, without being obliged to pay those taxes in their homeland.
CORPORATE TAX 2010
The deadline to submit the corporate tax of all the companies incorporated in Spain (S.L., S.A., etc.), is July 25th. The corporate tax is estimated from the profit or losses incurred in the former year (fiscal year 2010).
Likewise, up to July 30th, companies must submit a summary of the Annual Accounts of the company in the respective corporate authorities intended, for their registration in the respective Company Registry of the city in which the company holds its registered address. |
